The original class act.
“Doc Love” aka Tom Hodges talks about Hollywood actor Cary Grant all the time in his articles, and that’s how I got introduced to his movies. Cary Grant was indeed a cool and suave motherfucker in the movies. Women never got to him and he always knew how to handle them. Whenever they tried their damnedest to get under his skin, he’s fire back a far better comeback and did it with a smile. Women were always chasing him, not the other way around.
The Hollywood persona was so great that I once read something to the effect that the Cary Grant the person wished he could be Cary Grant the actor in his normal life. Character or no, Cary Grant is from a film age long gone and too great for our pussified P.C. culture today.
Cary Grant….here’s to you, brutha. If there was a V-Carded! Hall of Fame, you’d be one of it’s brightest stars.
With that said, I think tomorrow is the perfect time for another V-Carded! Hall of Shame….ironically featuring another “Carrey.”
